Refunds and exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event.
Ticket transfers and resale
Tickets may be transferred or resold to another person. Any private transfer or resale is the responsibility of the original ticket holder. The organiser accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties.
Event cancellation
Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled in full by the organiser.
Rescheduled or relocated events
If the event is rescheduled or relocated, purchased tickets will remain valid for the revised event. Customers who are unable to attend the revised date or venue may request a refund within the timeframe specified by the organiser.
Material event changes
A refund may also be offered where there is a material change to the event, such as the cancellation or replacement of the advertised headline artist. Changes to supporting acts, performance times or other minor programme details will not normally qualify for a refund.
Refund amount and fees
Where a refund is legally required, it will include the ticket price and any booking fee charged directly by the organiser. Fees charged separately by third-party payment or ticketing providers will be subject to that provider’s terms.
